Refund & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

To initiate a return, please contact us at paradise@emmiesonlineboutique.online  We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
